Contestant #2

I am a 16 year old, 5th generation resident of Groveland, California. Sonora is like my second home. I’m currently an online high school student. The rodeo world and logging industry has always been a huge part of my life ever since I was little. I grew up logging with my father, Steve Fulton, who owns Fulton’s Trucking inc.

After high school, I aim to study animal science at UC Davis, aspiring to open a veterinary practice. Horses, the western lifestyle, and rodeo, have always been dear to me. They’ve always been a part of my life. The culture of it all is truly amazing.

I am competing for the title of 2024 Motherlode Round Up Queen because it has always been my dream since I was little. Not only that, the Western lifestyle and rodeo world are also one of my strong passions in life. To be an ambassador, along with being a confident, inspiring young woman for the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Posse, for our County and especially for our lovely Mother Lode Round Up, would be an honor and a blessing. I am committed to being a positive role model and strong voice, to help give back to the community, but most importantly, to help keep the culture and spirit of rodeo alive!

Delaney Grace
Delaney Grace

Contestant #1

Surrounded by a western lifestyle, Delaney Grace, 22, was proudly born and raised in Burson and now resides in Lodi, California.

Delaney’s love for horsemanship and western culture began at knee height. Between competing and attending various rodeos throughout her childhood, she grew an interest towards the representatives of rodeo.

In 2019 Delaney competed in her first rodeo queen contest, Calaveras Rodeo Queen, and proudly earned a spot on the court as Second Runner Up. Her rodeo queen journey didn’t stop there. She then ran for Miss Clements Stampede in 2020 and was blessed to carry that title for 3 years.

Delaney strives to live a life spreading kindness, smiles, and laughter. When not on a horse, you can find Delaney line dancing, fishing, and working as a farrier. Delaney is excited for new experiences and adventures ahead as she competes for the 2024 Mother Lode Round Up Queen Contest.

Contestant #4

Hello Rodeo Fans!

I am Addison Rose, a lifelong 20 year old resident of Tuolumne County and the daughter of Rudge and Tamara Wynn.

I am a proud graduate of the Sonora High class of 2022. Since the age of nine, I have participated in Ag related activities raising animals for the Mother Lode Fair each year. Beginning as a member of the Tuolumne Pioneers 4-H club and then in high school I joined the Sonora High FFA Chapter.

Raised in a family that is well rooted in the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Posse, I have attended the Motherlode Round Up all of my life. Each year that I have watched the Queen Contest kept me dreaming of this day for as long as I can remember. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the opportunity to compete for the 2024 Motherlode Round Up Queen.

I hope I see you May 11th and 12th.

Haley Williamson
Haley Williamson

Contestant #3

I’m Haley Williamson. I’m 15 years old and a sophomore at Oakdale High School. In school, I’m involved in FFA and junior and high school rodeo. I have been interested in horses since I was five years old and have been rodeoing for around four and a half years now. This will be my third year competing for a queen title. I have grown to really enjoy the people I meet throughout competing and plan to one day run for Miss Rodeo California.

When I graduate high school, I plan to attend Texas A & M and be on their college rodeo team. I am super excited and grateful for these big opportunities and sincerely appreciate the time you took to read this!

2023 Queen

Ginna Hahn - 2023 Queen
Ginna Hahn

There are many words to describe this past year! To name a few, determined, accomplished, proud, and passionate. Passion for rodeo, tradition, to represent my home town rodeo and the Posse. When I think of the Posse, I have a hard time expressing what it is like to have a wonderful family that has been there since I was born! I cannot thank you enough for all your time and effort! We shared many laughs and shed a few tears. Yes tears, but they weren’t just any tears! These tears were in remembrance of family members, whose goals were the same as mine, but were unable to watch those dreams come true. After being crowned the 2023 MLRQ, many posse members who knew my Dad Gene Hahn, came up to me and told me how proud he would have been! And that he was looking down smiling as I accomplished my lifelong dream of holding the title of Mother Lode Round-Up Queen.

I have many people to thank for helping make this year possible. Mom, thank you for everything from the endless out of the blue phone calls to recite my speeches and everything in between. Especially for taking the title Queen Mom most of all! I love you! There will never be enough space to say thank you to all the wonderful people who helped make this dream come true! But for now I would like to say a special thank you to Ron and Cheryle Butler and Sarah Barnum for helping me with the best horse I was blessed to have by my side! As well as Becky Barnum, Stephanie Hagstrom and the Barnes Family! Not to mention the incredible support that people and businesses showed. Whether it was buying a ticket from me as a contestant, sponsoring me, or simply attending the rodeo.
I will spend my whole life representing an organization and the community that strives to preserve tradition which is why I will always be the 2023 Mother Lode Round-Up Queen, and proud of it!
